Who we are
Tokenomix is a product of Polk Automation LLC. References to "we" and "us" on this site mean that company.
The website
This site is informational. We try to keep it accurate and current, and product details change as the software does. Nothing here is a warranty, a specification or an offer, and a page describing a feature is not a commitment that it will behave a particular way in your environment.
Where we publish a number, such as classifier throughput, it is a measurement from our own hardware under our own conditions. Yours will differ.
Licensing the software
Use of the Tokenomix gateway is governed by a separate written agreement between your organization and Polk Automation LLC. If you have not signed one, you do not have a license, whatever this website says.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Polk Automation LLC, except the two
webfonts, which are used under the SIL Open Font License and whose license text is
published at /fonts/OFL.txt.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Azure, Google and Cohere are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them to describe the API endpoints the gateway proxies. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied in either direction.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
